Pasquale Aleardi

I’ve loved and lived the acting profession for 30 years – in 2025, I’m celebrating my 30th anniversary.
With every year, my passion for the craft keeps growing – as does my understanding of it.

I was born in 1971 in Schlieren, near Zurich, to a Greek mother and an Italian father. I grew up in a household filled with music: Mozart, James Brown, Greek folk songs, the Beatles, Supertramp – this rich diversity shaped me culturally, artistically and personally.

After graduating from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), I began a journey through more than 80 productions – including RESIDENT EVIL, GOTTHARD (Swiss Television Award for Best Leading Actor, 2017), I`VE NEVER BEEN TO NEW YORK (German Film Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor, 2019), and PARAMOUR, the first musical by CIRQUE DU SOLEIL
In 2015, a lifelong dream came true when I played the lead role of BILLY FLYNN in CHICAGO on BROADWAY at the Ambassador Theatre in New York.
Since 2014, I’ve been playing the title role in the ARD crime series INSPECTOR DUPIN which is broadcast in over 50 countries.
In 2025, I was nominated for the PRIX WALO (the most important award in Swiss show business)
as Best Actor.

In 2024, I became a certified Source Tuning Coach – a profound acting technique I apply with deep conviction and share with great passion.
For me, artistic development is not an option – it’s an essential part of my creative life.
